This policy explains how Rycēet (Nascor Trading, “we”) handles personal information when you visit this website or use the Ryceet product. We are based in Toronto, Canada, at 218-99 Dowling Avenue, Toronto, Ontario M6K 3A2, Canada. Questions go to info@ryceet.com.
What we collect
Account details such as name, email, and workspace membership. Receipt images and the merchant, date, amount, tax, and currency values extracted from them. Usage events that help us keep the product reliable. Payment and membership records are processed by Whop when you subscribe.
Bring Your Own Storage
Ryceet is designed so receipt files and spreadsheet rows live in the Google Drive and Sheets you connect. We request only the Google access needed to write those files and rows. We do not use your Drive as a marketing list. Disconnecting Google stops new writes. Copies that already sit in your Drive remain yours.
AI vision
When you snap or upload a receipt, we send the image to vision models so we can extract line items and totals. We use that output to fill your vault and Sheet. We do not sell receipt contents to data brokers. You should not upload documents that are unrelated to expenses you intend to track.
Shared vaults
Team and family members can submit receipts into a proxy vault without opening the owner’s private Drive. The owner controls who is invited. Do not invite people who should not see the expenses in that vault.
Legal bases and PIPEDA
We handle personal information under Canadian privacy law, including PIPEDA, and any similar rules that apply to you. We collect what we need to run the service, bill the plan you chose, and keep the product secure. You can ask for access, correction, or deletion by emailing info@ryceet.com.
Processors
Whop processes checkout, memberships, and related communications. Google provides Drive and Sheets when you connect them. Infrastructure and model providers process images and metadata to run Smart Scan. Each processor only receives what that job requires.
Retention and cookies
We keep account and billing records for as long as you have a membership and as long as tax or dispute rules require. This website uses essential cookies and privacy-respecting analytics injected by Whop hosting. We do not run extra advertising pixels on these pages.
