Terms of Service

These terms are a contract between you and Nascor Trading (“Rycēet”, “we”) for the website and the Ryceet product. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Contact info@ryceet.com.
The product
Ryceet helps you capture receipts, extract expense data with AI vision, and sync files and rows to Google Drive and Sheets you control. Features vary by plan. We may change previews, limits, and non-core details as the product grows. We will not quietly convert your Drive data into our property.
Accounts and Google
You must be able to form a contract and keep your login secure. Connecting Google happens on Google’s own screens. We never ask you to type a Google password into Ryceet. You are responsible for the Drive folders you grant access to and for people you invite into a shared vault.
Plans and billing
Checkout and recurring billing run on Whop. Free Forever is a $0 one-time membership with the limits shown on the pricing page. Starter, Pro, and Growth renew monthly or annually at the prices shown at checkout, plus any applicable tax. Annual Starter is $108.00 USD per year (10% off), Pro is $153.00 USD per year (15% off), and Growth is $480.00 USD per year (20% off). Cancelling stops future renewals according to Whop’s membership rules. Receipt, seat, device, conversational search, and category auto-generation limits reset with the plan period. Annual paid plans unlock the 12-month quotas shown at checkout. Going over a limit may pause new captures until the next period or until you upgrade.
Overdue accounts and renewals
If a paid plan is overdue or a renewal does not go through, you have 15 days to renew your account. Ryceet notifies you in the app when an account is past due. If the account is not renewed within those 15 days, we may suspend or end access until you restore a current plan.
Your data
Receipt images and extracted rows that we write to your Drive and Sheets belong to you. You grant us a limited license to process them so the product can function, including OCR, split math, FX, and shared vault delivery. Offline drafts stay on your device until they sync. Do not upload content you do not have the right to process.
Acceptable use
Do not probe, scrape, or disrupt the service. Do not use Ryceet to store illegal material, to impersonate Google, or to collect other people’s credentials. We may suspend an account that creates risk for other members or for payment processing.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided as is. OCR and FX are aids, not a substitute for your own books or a professional accountant. To the fullest extent Canadian law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data in a Drive you control, or indirect damages. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us for Ryceet in the three months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time without notification. By using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service, including any updates that are in effect when you use it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Toronto, Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief where the harm is occurring.
